The Zutons will support Eastern Lane on a five-date UK tour this month. The two bands toured together back in October (but with The Zutons as headliners). The dates are as follows:

14.01.2004 – Oxford Zodiac
15.01.2004 – Wolverhampton Little Civic
16.01.2004 – London Islington Academy
18.01.2004 – Manchester Night & Day
19.01.2004 – Leeds Cockpit

Another confirmed gig for the band is the NME Brats show at the London Astoria on Wednesday 4th February. Also on the bill are The Music

The band’s official site has been updated with five new press photos in the ‘gallery’ and also now features an official forum. (NB: to access the site you will need to disable pop-up stoppers)

The next single from the band will be Pressure Point and is released on 19th January. You can pre-order from Amazon.co.uk. According to HMV’s website the debut album from The Zutons entitled ‘Who Killed the Zutons‘ will be released on 12th April 2004 (thanks to Gareth for pointing this out)

Tonight we’ve changed around the Zutons message board on thewonderwall .. please feel free to register as a user and post away!

There’s currently a Pressure Point promo on eBay — although the photo doesn’t really give us many clues what the final release artwork will look like!

According to the Deltasonic mailout, Pressure Point will be released on 19th January 2004 (and not the 12th as Amazon.co.uk have listed) [credit: Gareth]

The Zutons played a great set tonight (Tues 25th) supporting Tim Burgess at the Manchester MDH. We should have some photos up in the next 48 hours. Tonight’s setlist reads:
